Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ILOTO web portal at qoozmor.com/ilotov and the ILOTO Android / iOS apps. ILOTO is a workplace conveyor interlocking and permit product. It is for authorised plant employees only.

1. Who we are

ILOTO is operated for plant operators.

2. Data we process

• Account. Employee ID and password to sign you in. Plant name and role stored with your account.
• Conveyor status. Device live data (name, last update, voltage, sensor, location, alerts) from your organisation’s tracking service so the board can show healthy, permit, alert or trip.
• Work permits. Conveyor, permit number, issuer, receiver, work description, status, date and time that you submit.
• Alert contacts. Email and phone numbers saved in Settings for SMS / email notifications, if your plant uses them.
• Device. The mobile apps need network access. They do not read your contacts, photos, or location permission beyond conveyor map links you tap.

3. Why we use it

To authenticate you, show live interlocking status, issue or return isolation permits, send safety alerts your plant configured, and keep a permit history. We do not sell personal data. We do not show ads. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs in the apps.

4. Where it is sent

Sign-in and app traffic go over HTTPS to https://qoozmor.com/ilotov/. Conveyor live data is requested through that server from the plant tracking API. Permit and user records are stored on the ILOTO database operated for your plant.

5. Retention and deletion

Accounts, permits and alert contacts stay on the plant server for as long as the operator needs them for safety and audit. To correct or delete your account, ask your plant administrator or contact us at 9589485737.

6. Security

HTTPS is required. The Android app does not back up credentials to other devices. Access is limited to people with a valid ILOTO login. You are responsible for keeping your employee ID and password private.

7. Children

ILOTO is a workplace tool. It is not directed at children under 18.

8. Your choices

• Do not use the product if you do not agree to this policy.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• Request access, correction or deletion via your plant administrator or 9589485737.

9. Changes

We may update this page when the product or the law changes. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
